You may withdraw your contractual statement within two weeks in writing (eg letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of this notice. For the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or the item(s) purchased. CDs, DVDs and custom made products are exempt from the right of revocation. Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits are taken back. If you are unable to give us the goods received, whole or in part, or only to give them back in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to their inspection - as they would in a retail store - is due. You can avoid paying compensation by not using the goods like an owner and omitting everything, which impairs their value. The customer has to bear the costs of return if the delivered goods were the correct goods that were ordered and if the price returned the case the amount is not exceeding 40 euros or if the order has a higher price, but the item has not been paid in full or a contractually agreed installment has been provided in full. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Goods that are cannot be shipped by parcel are picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The revocation period begins with the declaration of revocation or the thing for us with their receipt.
