The PDC Pole Dance Syllabus as a DVD-ROM
If you like the free online syllabus, you will love the DVD-ROM - with the advantage of viewing offline, viewing tricks in slow motion, saving your favourite tricks & printing out those tricky moves for practising at the studio. A great addition to your poledancing toolbox.
The PDC Pole Dance Syllabus as a Book
Committed poledancers and instructors will want to buy the book. The book weighs a hefty 1kg and has over 3000 images. A great teaching aid in a terrific format, really easy to follow - over 300 moves with plenty of pictures, coaching points along with a space for personal notes.
